Tokens are DubMog's minutes: 1 Token is one minute of Pro Cinematic, and Pro Live uses 2 Tokens a minute on a seat (the member rate) or 3 from a pack. A seat's 800 Tokens reset at the start of each billing month and don't carry over. Seats renew monthly or yearly until you cancel.

Yes. A pack a member buys is paid by them and stays with their own account, including after they leave the team. The seat's monthly Tokens are used first; a member's own packs are only used once the seat's Tokens for the month are gone.
Every seat gets 800 Tokens at the start of each billing month. Unused Tokens don't carry over to the next month. 800 Tokens are 400 minutes of Pro Live at the member rate, or 800 minutes of Pro Cinematic.
The member sees a short notice that their team seat ended and goes back to the free Standard experience. Nothing is deleted: the videos they exported stay on their device, and any packs they bought themselves stay on their account. The seat is free to give to someone else.

The member's own devices, with the same account: the iPhone and Android apps, the Chrome and Microsoft Edge extension, and the Windows app. The Mac app is in review on the Mac App Store and joins the list when it is approved.
No. DubMog processes audio in the moment to produce the translation and doesn't keep it afterwards. Audio is sent securely to Google's Gemini API during the session and isn't retained by DubMog. The privacy policy lists the subprocessors; ask us if your security review needs more.
